We ship both USPS and UPS! You will receive an automated email with a tracking number letting you know your order has shipped!
We want you to be satisfied with your order! If you want to return an item/s for any reason, we will gladly exchange or credit you for any product purchased at regular price, that is in new condition and unworn within 30 days of your original purchase. Qualifying return requests can be made by emailing email@example.com, using your order number as the subject line. Once approved via email, simply print out the return form located on this page and send your order back to us.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must have been purchased from our website at regular price (sale items are final).
Be unworn in the same condition that you received it.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received with the return form and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Allow 3-5 days for this process.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and/or your issuing credit card company statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded and/or returned. This rule applies to items under our “Sale” tab. Promotional and/or flash sale items may still be exchanged if applicable.
Exchanges (if applicable):
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Availability of your desired replacement item is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with an alternative. If there is a problem with your exchange, we will contact you via phone or email to discuss and address solutions.
Exchange Due to a Manufacturer’s Defect or Incorrect Shipment: We strive to maintain the highest level of product quality and customer service. (Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for the same size, color, and style as the defective item.)
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
